In order test the motors, you can apply 12V directly to the motor and see if it responds, if no response it’s bad (that’s what I did in the video). Or you can perform voltage drop testing at the motors to make sure they’re getting 12V with the battery plugged in and fully charged. If they’re getting 12V and motors don’t respond, they’re bad. The motors can have continuity between negative and positive side and still be bad. Voltage testing is needed to be sure.
