As someone interested in languages watching this is super interesting. You can see how Pekoras entire English vocab is not actually memorized in roman letters but in katakana. Then as she writes something it's like her brain has to compile the correct written English from those Kana-based words every single time. She also uses a lot of literal translations of the context sensitive "object-verb" sentences that are normal in Japanese but come across as too curt and almost condescending in English.
