I'd like to introduce VTubers and mysef to those that are new; my name is NekoMikuri, and I am the translator of this video and a translator of Virtual RU-vidrs. What are these VTubers? Well, like you see, they consist of individuals who play games, stream, and do normal things, except they do so using an anime avatar. This anime avatar is tracked to their real life bodies using advanced software, and allows them to "live" through their character. Basically, Virtual RU-vidrs are the closest we will ever get to living anime girls. Many VTubers have anime backstories; this girl is a Rabbit from a land called PekoLand, and she plays heavily into this characteristic during her streams. Some others are more relaxed or normal, and don't have any quirk. A majority of VTubers are backed by a company, which produces their art, their music, their tracking software and their anime items. The companies normally have multiple VTuber characters, and they frequently collab together, like characters in an anime. Of course, this is not for everyone. To this day, this is one of the most top tier VTuber clips in the business. The way the subtitles move with Pekora's tone of voice and match the speed she speaks with, the way the music cuts out at comedically opportune moments, the choice zoom ins and that fantastic game show bit illustrating Pekora's thought process; it's just a masterclass of taking an 8/10 moment and making it a 10/10. It really deserves all the appreciation it gets.

Pekora is a natural born comedian. Even if what the chat is sayign is correct, it will always go wrong.

I think, more than any other, this clips sumps up the Pekora experience best. Her great ingenuity and hard work lead to a great accomplishment, which makes Pekora smug and cocky, which leads her to do something incredibly stupid, which leads to instant regret, sadness and anger, then Panik!

For the record: if your netherite sword falls in a lava pool for some reason, what you SHOULD do is wall off the lava around it, then scoop out the lava block it fell in with a bucket.
