It’s hilarious that Goku is so pure of heart his best attempt at making someone angry is playground insults.

This will always be kinda dumb. Goku you can fly at speeds faster than light and teleport, you can train uub and still live with you wife.

It's actually a bittersweet ending. Considering, to this point, it was the definitive ending of the DB Saga. Goku story ends where it started. He turns into the Master Roshi of his generation. He becomes some sort of a legend between fighters, living in solitude training the ones brave enough for that.

Just seeing Pekora even play a Dragon Ball game puts a warm feeling in us Dragon Ball fans.

Uub is not only a reincarnation of Buu, but he is also the inheritor of Divine Powers of Dai Kaioshin (who got absorbed by Buu ages ago). Which makes him a mortal with God powers, and is far beyond anyone DBZ. Let’s hope they write him right this time, unlike in GT.

Uub really is wasted potential of a character huh

It’s still the worst possible ending for the Dragon Ball saga. Goku literally abandons his whole family just to train a stranger with the sole purpose of wanting to fight with him while he has since all this time Vegeta who is waiting for that, to fight 100% against Goku so much that it has become a running gag. The icing on the cake is that they have always participated seriously in martial arts tournaments and here, Goku does not hesitate to abandon it along the way without thinking for a single second about the consequences of this abandonment: he is an extremely popular and recognized participant from around the world thanks to his power and the fact that the tournaments where he participates always prove to be the best. Or how to disappoint thousands of fans who came to see this tournament to live such epic fights. Seriously, Goku, you could have at least made the effort to wait until the end of the tournament, lmao.

Uub has so much potential, please retcon gt and make him OP.

I love this ending since it's Goku just being Goku. The guy is going on another adventure just like always. He's a free spirit and moves to the beat of his own drum. He's happy to be able to train Uub to reach his full potential, so that they can have one hell of a fight. If there's anything that can get his blood pumping it's a fight where he can push himself to the absolute limit.

I would love a story where Uub struggles with the knowledge that he’s Kid Buu’s reincarnation.

The funny part is in the original Manga and Anime Goku didn't call Uub's parents bedwetters....Goku threatened Uub to get him to show his power, by saying that if Uub didn't beat him he would go to Uub's village and destroy it......

i dont get why everybody gives goku trash for living with uub, he cast teleport and see chichi and his other family but both his boys are grown, and uubs family lives in the village that goku could help. goku is being selfish but caring in his decision to stay with uub and his village.

That fighting cutscene was a masterpiece. The most DBZ-esque fight in a while. This and Vegito beating up Buu.

Uub was strong enough to fight Goku at the peak of his potential. With training: He should have become the sole, strongest, fighter, in all of Dragonball. What a waste.

This Uub arc is not only stupid but it's the worse DBZ arc by far 😂 That's why even the author "ignores" in any sequel

It's still so funny to see mixed reactions to this ending lol. And yet people have the guts to say that Goku is out of character in Super just cus he loves to fight strong people lmao. The core of Goku's character have always been being someone that is looking for an adventure and for a good fight. After that fated day where he met Bulma and she convinced him to tag along with her to find the dragon balls, he has always loved adventuring and fighting. He does like his friends, he does love his family. But the truth is that he knows when he is needed and when he isn't needed. And in such an ending with og dbz where everything ended in a happy note, of course he wouldn't see it a problem to go and live with Uub to train him and prioritize that over his family and friends. Thats just who Goku is. And as he said, is not like he plans to abandon them forever or not seeing them again.

People need to understand in the world of Dragonball. If you aren't preparing to fight you're preparing to be a wish. If Goku doesn't seek strength his world will be conquered.

Honestly this ending does make sense especially with goku and I liked this ending to dragon ball in my opinion.

Goku training Uub would had been a better arc than this GT nonsense. Not gonna lie. GT felt like a fever dream. 😅

Years ago I was not that happy with this ending. Simply because Goku didn't train any of his children but somehow excited to train Uub instead. I guess he doesn't want any of his families to become a fighter like he is lol.
