@@luckytia9076 Its bc he isnt fighting like a protector of earth in those times but for revenge or he tries to reddeem his opponents to the true path of martial arts, in context those moments make sense but there is a reason he rejected the role bc despite being a good candidate he doesnt fit perfectly, he'd rather adventure and seek challenges.

Yeah, and for what it's worth, I was actually surprised how good the gorund combat felt considering the game wasn't designed with it in mind. I wish they'd have imported the mechanics into the main game so it's not all flying even when you're at the ground level.

@@aokyoutsuki7744 It went way too far way too fast. Piccolo Junior suddenly had it for his arm, but it was treated as a problem just to get shot in the chest. Later on he acts like damage to his head would be a problem (as if being perforated in the torso hadn't put him on life support **just for it to not matter against Gero**). We see him shattered into a pile of rubble (and he regens from that, too). Silly. Cell is somehow worse. Supposed to be no better than Piccolo while surviving as well as Frieza. No part of that should include his entire top half being destroyed (brain and all). Straight up ignores his own rules and regrows from this pelvis. Moves the goalpost to a core within on particular cell (as if that wasn't hit like when he self-destructed). Plot just lets Gohan win as I see no reason that KMHM should have gone any better against SPC. Buu just took it to a sillier degree (no idea how Vegeta went from piercing to thinking it has to be scattering that would be enough rather than thinking this is at least as absurd as with Cell).

@@BigVEE remember, Toriyama uses regeneration characters just so that he can have the bit of "did that attack do it?" reaction everytime while also fishing for what could be the actual attack that seals the deal, freeza surviving space is never explained physiology wise, what aspect of his body allowed him to survive in space while unconscious and decapitated. Dragonball takes alot of liberties

My favorite song in DBZ is Zenkai Power. It has one nostalgic, but uneasy vibe to it. What makes sense when you remember the song is about young Gohan trying to understand the ( violent ) world around him.

If we're glazing Dragon Ball openings then this isn't complete without tossing Dan Dan Kokoro Hikareteku into the ring. It might just be one of my favorites.

Good choreography doesn't mean it has to be realistic (let alone with fantastic elements at play), but we just kept taking L's more and more as time went on (anime stepped up at times). GT and Super? Often phoned that mess in. Having PL imbalance memes be the dictator for who is winning just made it worse.
