I recently acquired this excellent device. So far, so good. The performance is great but I have one question some online stores like Amazon state that the front Type-C connector is USB4 is this true? If so, can I use to connect an external gpu? I have the Ryzen 7 7735HS version.
I got this wonderful device, but for some reason i have fps decreasing in CS2. At the beginning i have 150+ fps, but after 10 minutes the average fps is around 80. Could you please tell me how to fix it. Maybe the problem is with 2x8 RAM, which is barely enough for CS2
Thank you very much for purchasing our product. We have 16G RAM at least. You purchase HA-4 barebone and buy 8G RAM to install, right? If so, please consider 2*16G RAM if possible. Thanks.
