Try a little harder next time with the video. Put it together... maybe put some gear in there to see how much each system holds? I was really hoping to see if the TrekPak held more gear, and a good visual of how much protection it provides. Maybe an overhead shot would be easier to see..

TrekPak is top notch, especially for camera gear where it can easily and routinely be configured.

They yellow divider set looks like a different arrangement of dividers than "original". I really love the high-contrast yellow color though. How new is the yellow color option? Nice custom configuration with the TrekPak divider system, however less protection and higher price.

Is the bottom foam a pick and pluck also? And if it is, does it still leave enough cushion for protection after customization from the bottom?

I was kind of expecting an actual Pelican sanctioned video about the foam options to actually show the foam in use. I am even more confused by the trek pack option and no idea if the foam dividers could be used for a telescope by joining the pieces together for long dividers. I will keep searching for some help.

Foam I have gotten rid of long ago. Foam divider seams to be the most secure and versatile. TrekPak looks like corrugated plastic board with foam stuck to it, and still leaving your gear a bit loose and wobbly/bumpy. Besides, they make you do the cutting anyway..Why not just make them? For very cheap at that, besides the U shaped holders that may need some thinking to hack. At the priciest option, I think the TrekPak is a VERY poor product and purchase. Cool looking , yes, but not as protective, and way overpriced. So the foam dividers are my choice. The most important is the "pan" the liner. All other foam dividers you can get from other makes. I have a box full of dividers from different cases and bags I have used. It is just sad to think, just because it is camera market these $3-10 products are marked up to $100 and MORE! Makes me wish I could sew. I could pick my colors, and the quality of foam and within a couple hours or less, be done!

The foam option is best velcro is a pain and the trekpack is crap. If you cut a block out of the foam for whatever you are putting in you can always put the block back and start again.

The only issue is that foam disintegrates over time.
