Impromptu raw video of a prime rib we did up on a pellet grill.
I softened some garlic and herb butter and coated it with that then I used B's Rub rough cut for the outter layer crust. I set the pellet grill (Rec Teq RT700) to 360 degrees and let it come up to an internal temp of 120 degrees ( about 2 1/2 hours) then I cranked up the grill to 450 to set the crust and pulled off when internal hit 135 degrees ( 40 minutes) - let rest under a blanket of foil on the counter for 20 minutes.
