hes building failstacks, the higher enhance level the lower the chance to enhance. So when he gets to a high failstacks he use blackstar pri/tet to build the failstacks even higher. after he gets the recommended failstacks for the weapon he want to pen. He take a try with cron stones or j hammers or none
