Mac n cheese: Cheese sauce from scratch: *Roux (Butter flour, 1/4cup each) *Milk *Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, etc.) *6+ cups of freshly shredded cheese *Stir in hot sauce Pour over al dente noodles, more shredded cheese over/in noodles before cheese sauce is added (cellentani/cavatappi) Top (and mix in) crushed and browned ritz crackers or bread crumbs and parmesan cheese Bake at 350 for 30min.
