Penang Travels: Review Le Dream Boutique Hotel 

The hotel is nicely located around all the recommended places to eat. It close to Kimberly street, Chulia streets, little India and the Lebuh Keng Kwee where the famous chendul is location. The hotel itself is 3 stories high and a bit dated. Yet it is very comfortable to stay in.
