I'd love to grow out a Bill Murray to that size, and hope to one day. But... This is at its heart: a hobby. Do what brings you, the reef keeper, joy. If you want a reboot, enjoy your reboot. And have fun with all the new room to grow out more corals

Rebooting is definitely required but hate to see the large colonies get lost. Unfortunately it would require a full tank crash to redo everything for me being up since 2006. Though I would definitely do many things differently knowing what I know now.

I’m at the same point with my peninsula and 100% agree that a reboot is needed. Especially if you want to change up some of the scape or fix other little issues that have crept up over the years

Great update. Sometimes change is good. Gotta keep things fresh. My question is are you using the same rock from this tank or will you be pulling from the fuge or will it be all new rock?

I may change it around a bit. The scape on one side made it easy to place a lot of frags but it was tougher to plant a lot of frags on the other side.
