I was surprised Penn State's running game wasn't more productive. I guess USC wanted to stop it and put pressure on Allar to get it done.

You didn’t even mention the Warren snapped the ball as a center with a strange formation that made him eligible then caught a touchdown on the same play. Has that ever happened before in CFB? He does way more than catch passes. He lined up at TE, outside WR, slot WR, QB, C, and RB today. Pretty wild stuff

If it has happened before, it would've happened back in the era of leather helmets and when players playing several positions per game was normal.

I think the two PIs in overtime made up for the 4-point swing that came from the bad OPI call on the TD-turned-field goal on Penn State's first scoring drive. Penn State would've been up 34-30 at the end of regulation rather than the tie had that not been called.

Hahahahahahahahhaah. The refs ripped off USC so much that it kept them from being up 21 and the end of the game. This was clearly about money and needing PSU win so you could keep more than 1 team in the playoffs race…….

@@swisha317 Can't believe the refs made Lincoln Riley not call a time out in the last 60 seconds or made Moss overthrow their biggest receiver when they could have won in regulation. Refs swallowed the whistle all day for USC holding back the pass rush but you don't want to hear about that.

@@swisha317 Lol, USC was lucky the refs didn't call all the holding and false start penalties USC was committing during the game. They took a "let them play" approach that helped USC during regulation and Penn State during overtime. The truth is you're just upset USC lost.

Penn St is great, but they barely escaped! BIG 10 football is insanity all across the country! Each team is both strong and has weaknesses.

PSU fan here. USC had a great game plan and the offense executed almost as well as they could have against a great defense. First time I’ve seen their D running around like confused freshman. Drew Allar stepped up but Tyler Warren is hands down the MVP of that game. The USC RB (#4 altho i should really know his name) is a beast. PSU battled back but they were out schemed and outplayed in several areas. USC has the talent, their execution is just too inconsistent. Entirely too much talent to be 3-3. To be PSU won but this was as evenly a game I’ve seen so far. And as much as I hate to say it, I think they got away with that PI as well.

@@kych2008 they don’t matter when we are up by 24 at the end of regulation but they couldn’t have that because the big10 would lose another one of its major programs in the payoffs. It was clear as day today

Maybe I’m overthinking it. I know it’s an old cliche’, is USC actually better than what their current 3-3 record shows ? I didn’t watch their other two losses. This would have been much bigger if say USC came in with one loss. I think the loss to Minnesota was inexcusable. Having said that, 6-0 is a great spot to be in. Can’t sleep on Wisconsin, then comes Ohio State.

Agreed. If you have a 14 point lead at halftime and are +2 on the turnover battle then no excuse. It was a soft call taking away Warren's TD to start the game.

It doesn't matter if a team came back from 100pts, WTF is the purpose of the Reffs and they're damn job? To call the correct Penalties. You want to talk about soft call that Flag on touching The QBs leg was Soft and BS.. Penn State only got called for 3 penalties the entire damn game. These are kids Not Pros. Just like last week where they completely went against the rule book and changed the TD on USC and the Damn Big10 admitted it should not have been ruled a TD..

@@49erLA Fleming was held on one of the 4th down conversions. No flag was thrown and we didn't complained. If you're blaming losses to Michigan who passed for 32 yards, Minnesota (LOL!), and PSU who you could've beat twice at the end on the refs, then you're not B1G material. Sorry.

Complaining about Refs in OT for Penn St game. How about ohio st got gifted TD on first drive when obviously threw a pick and should of never been aloud to score after that and still lost lol. Boy not sure if Ryan Day or Lincoln Riley softer both teams probably need to be looking for new HCs. Ryan Day 0-2 vs Oregon pathetic!!!!

Ripped, do you understand football at all????? Thier receivers can't just push off and grab our db's!!!!!! That's why refs for a few years have let them play and not throwing as many flags!!!! So, I guess it's ok for USC to double team A. Carter and hold his ass all damn day long????? WE ARE still undefeated!!!! Enough said, try giving my Nittany Lions 🦁 players credit!!!!
