@@BHAKTIBROPHY: No. That makes no sense, because stealman isn't a thing, while steelman is. Superman = Man of steel = steelman. There's your code. Once you know what a steelman is, you should be able to figure the rest out for yourself. By the way, Penn uses this expression very often. For instance, he referred to Barack Obama as a master of steelman.

Great show! Gotta love Penn's code. That man has a brain on him. The code doesn't reveal the trick at all, but understanding the code does help. For those wondering what the code means; here it is. In this case, Superman is a mangled up reference to a metaphor that means the exact opposite of deception, which in this _specific_ case implies deception.

This is legitimately the funniest routine I have seen on Fool Us thus far...I was not even able to pay attention to how the trick might have been done just because I was having too much fun. I cannot wait to get to the **FOUR QUEENS** in **LAS VEGAS** (nightly, apparently!) someday... Incredible performance!

I've got a feeling that Mike knew he wasn't going to fool Penn and Teller, but used the opportunity to promote himself (I honestly don't mean that as an insult Mike). He clearly sees himself more as an entertainer than a magician who wants to astound people with tricks that nobody can work out how they're done, and good for him. I wasn't watching the video thinking 'I wonder how he does that', but I found the whole act hilarious and very entertaining. I would certainly go and watch his show, not because I expect the show to be spellbinding, but because of his incredibly entertaining showmanship.

Oh wow, I did not see anyone else make this comment: Anyone notice how Brad, for the briefest of seconds, was stunned in amazement? He thought Mike was hinting that he already knew the answer when he first said "peanuts." Hilarious coincidence. That's almost like a trick where you purposely guess a card wrong, but it still has a 1/52 chance of accidentally being right. If Mike had seen Brad make this face, he could have easily guessed Charlie Brown and/or Snoopy, then just end the trick there lmao that would have been great and Brad would have legit thought you read his mind.

How does Penn saying to you "Steel" signify he knew how you did the trick? That part completely lost me. Was the bag of nuts sealed? I assumed it was, but maybe it wasn't. Like, you stole the $100 from under Brad and then slipped it into the bag of nuts? Is that what he meant?

I think so, because the bag of nuts part wasn't a trick, it was an illusion. The bill was behind the plastic bag, not in it. But the execution was great, and so funny. I really enjoyed how the act was put together :)
