I skate. But I love Penny boards. I don't care what all of these 11 year olds with scooters and skateboards that they can hardly gain speed on think, these are my favorite boards to cruise with. So smooth and fast, feels like gliding.

You use a steadicam with the normal camera. its not a separate camera...

+LookItsElliott! no it's not a steady cam. it's the canon XA 20 which seems to have some auto stabilization as part of it. what you're seeing in the shadow is the microphone receiver for the mic that aaron has attached to his shirt.

I bought myself a Nickel Board today (larger version of the penny board) and its awesome! my regular board is fantastic for the skatepark und street spots, but to cruise with it is a pain, swapping wheels is annoying and its too big and heavy to carry around comfortably, so I absolutely recommend a Penny or Nickel (same company) if you want a mini cruiser, that is durable and fun to ride anywhere and that you can store in your backpack when you are done.

Honestly, I dont know why there is so much hate on penny boards. They are not "gay" or used only by "posers". Fuck, even Casey Neistat and Ben Brown use penny boards in their videos, and no one hates on them.

It's because people like to see others fail and want confirmation that their own board is the best. The number of times now that I've been told that learning tricks let alone learning on a 22" is too hard... Shows how much dedication those people really have. why everyone say "skate a normal board"? What is normal skateboard? First skateboards was little cruisers, back in 50`s and Penny Board is designed to be 70´s style skateboard. So learn history of skateboarding and then you can say what is normal skateboard. Sorry for my bad english. :D Those double kick boards was designed in late 80´s and still these stupid ¨normal skateboarders¨ say that they are the real skaters WTF?

I have that board not with the grip tape tho but it's a nice board it doesn't really glow in the dark if u ride all day and night I mean when u go in your house after riding it for a hour it's glowing and you can easily spot it if u have any questions just feel free to ask
