I spent years watching your pennysteam videos, Pennt brought a lot of aspects to your videos that not many other railway videos out there could achieve. It's what made watching steam engines that more enjoyable to me. I'm incredibly sorry for you to lose such a close companion as her, and she'll live on with a great legacy as the trusty, lovable lineside dog loved by all. Thank you for all the wonderful videos over the years and I hope you can continue to make wonderful pieces of rail footage. All the best.

Pam & I are so sad for your loss of Penny. We are too, knowing that she will be absent from your films. Animals don't ask for a lot, a bit of warmth, some food, but most of all companionship. You gave Penny all of that in abundance, so in your time of distress, please be comforted by that fact. So sorry.

Sad news indeed Ken. I know what we are talking about : I have lost my dachshund Ondine, (17 + 2 months !), 3 weeks ago. We visited the Worth Valley several times with her. I met Penny (and you) on a winter gala, in the "Top Field". RIP little Penny.

I'm very sorry at the loss of your dear little dog. She was obviously the centre of your life and will also be much missed by all of us subscribers. Although it's painful now, just think of getting a Penny Mk2 sometime soon. You won't regret it.

I am so sorry to hear of Penny's passing Kenny, to have such a companion for all those years it must have hit you pretty hard. For me, one of my favourite videos was "Penny's Beach", it showed one happy little dog. RIP Penny, we will all miss you.

Today I found Penny's videos and after watching some I have to note at her channel the wonderful dog directing these great videos is dead. Hope it's an obligation in memoriam to her to continue the great work she did with her companion.

I enjoyed this video very much but, I must admit, that I watched Penny with interest rather than what was going on trackwise and it wasn't until afterwards when I read all the posting that I learned that she was gone. I remember watching your videos around 2009-10 with the Santa Specials and seeing Penny with no grey hairs. I'm sorry for your loss.She did very well to live up to such an age.

The train adventures you and Penny went on together brought so much happiness even thousands of miles away on other continents. After a tough day I'd love to come home, put on your channel and fall asleep and her presence in the videos added a unique touch of comfiness and warmth to the fantastic sights and settings. Thanks for sharing this part of your lives with us and I'm sorry for your loss.

Only someone who has been blessed by one of these angelic creatures can truly understand. I lost my best girl unexpectedly in June, aged 12. My deepest condolences.
