Because the Penrith player was putting the ball down and Reece Walsh kicked the arm which is against the rules but if he just stuck his arm underneath then that's a different story

Penalty try. Video ref said Walsh lead with his legs. I honestly think that Walsh knocked it out with his hand before the legs came in, but it wasn't going to effect the result of the game anyway, so why not give Yeo a try?🤦

League is only good because of the Polynesian players. If all the Tongans, Samoans and Fijians went back to their home countries, the NRL would basically be two tiers lower than the Gallagher Premiership. In other words, it would be like the Superleague.
