My favorite users: Pilot V5 and V5 Grip (I'm poor I know, but these pens are more than enough in terms of performance, their precision can't be beat!). For pencils I use Pentel Kerry 0.5mm for edc, Pentel Graphgear 500 0.5mm and Faber Castell TK4600 for drawing. Fro sketchingI use Koh-I-Noor 5340 (most versatile pencil out there, it can even hold ink cartridges!).

The tactile turn side click pen is awesome if you are looking for double action click pens

I like a couple of these, but I’m loving my Olight O’Pen 2 A LOT!

Have you seen Karas Kustoms Pens (AZ made)? I like them for daily drivers but man, once SMOOTH closes up shop I wished I purchased them, followed them for 3yrs? I was MISSING OUT! I found some here n there new in stock. Now have 5 various models.

I have a bunch of high end USA made pens as well but these days I pretty much only carry my smooth precision/USG pens and I’m right there with you on the button version being better than the current “capped” version. That said, I have a twosun pen that I grabbed off WMK on a whim a year or two ago for like 30 something bucks and it is pretty great. I believe it’s the TSpen-30, it’s full stonewashed Ti, full frag pattern, bolt is the clip, Parker refill, and I think it’s designed by Mazwan Moktar. I don’t know if they still make it and I generally only suggest US brands when it comes to recommending a pen but for you and the channel I think it’d be worth checking out if you can find one! Unless of course you’ve already had one lol.
