Sylveon mystical fire is really tanky attacker and rockyhelmet was just for defense stats.

Adaptability Passive Ability Every time Eevee deals or receives damage, increase Sp. Attack by 5% for 1.5s, stacking up to 4 times. Pixilate Passive Ability Every time Sylveon deals or receives damage, increase Sp. Atk and Sp. Defense by 2.5% for 1.5s, stacking up to 6 times. Unite-DB

Wait you want bulk on sylveon and you using rocky hemet? XD tbf sylveon it has a decent special defense. Im curious to know the reason behind it.

Sylveon passive gives you spdef and defense and you can play focus resonant + one more item. Assault vest is probaly best choice but rockyhelmet is fine aswell

It actually works because mysticalfire can play with resonant guard focus + one item.

Rockyhelmet is for defense stats. It works well with the passive. Pixilate Passive Ability Every time Sylveon deals or receives damage, increase Sp. Atk and Sp. Defense by 2.5% for 1.5s, stacking up to 6 times.

Sylveon mystical fire can play alot of items with focus resonant guard + antiheal/rockyhelmet/muscleband/asault vest. Double i play rocky

The Pixilate Passive Ability+Rockyhelmet makes Mysticalfire so tanky Every time Sylveon deals or receives damage, increase Sp. Atk and Sp. Defense by 2.5% for 1.5s, stacking up to 6 times.

Just for the not so intelligent people that don't understand this, mystical fire reduces special defense per hit so you don't really need special atk to a degree...nothing special here just a troll.

Mystical fire reduces the sp atk of enemies by 15% stacking up to 4times. The passive Ability Every time Sylveon deals or receives damage, increase Sp. Atk and Sp. Defense by 2.5% for 1.5s, stacking up to 6 times. What you are saying is not correct and rockyhelmet is a legit item on Sylveon. You can play Sylveon mystical fire with resonantguard and focus band + 1item depending on matchup. For your notes hypervoices shreds special defense.
