It’s frustrating to see billions of dollars being funneled into military aid for other countries when we have pressing issues right here at home. Our rivers, lakes, and drinking water are so contaminated that every fish is unsafe to eat, and communities across the country are struggling with toxic water supplies. Instead of spending resources on foreign conflicts, why aren’t we using our military to arrest and hold accountable the corporations and polluters who are poisoning our environment? The priority should be protecting our citizens and ensuring clean water for all. It's time to demand that our government focuses on the health and safety of our own people before getting involved in wars abroad.
