i love how Matt just freakin' loves performing any song with PTX and you can see it on his face so much! they all love it but Matt is still in the new phase despite it being 5 yrs when this was done.

Dear Pentatonix, I was sitting watching this show with the Christmas tree lights shining and looking at a picture of my mom. I lost my mom at the end of July after taking care of her for 8 years you sang this song. Obviously, I just played it again and the words to this say it all. I was waiting for that one holiday song to hear where I would just have to sit. Thank you for your wonderful voices and may you all have a wonderful and blessed holiday! Love you mom!

This is such a dream. 😭😭😭😭😭 Their mics are perfect!!!! I can clearly hear Matt's amazing bass and Kevin's as well. Great job to the producers!!!!!!!!!! As always, they are amazing!!!!!!

Kevin has come a long way. He wasn’t participating in the melodic harmonies during the first few albums (percussion sounds only) and now he’s singing harmony on this. I knew that was his falsetto! He also does his signature falsetto in the end if “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.”

These guys get better and better. I think Kristin in particular stands out in this one[But not just because she has the most solos here but also because her voice kind of cuts through the most], but I always love Scott’s voice. I love all their voices.

Scott’s phrasing and voice touches me! His voice is so soft and smooth yet powerful, deep, rich and soulful. The way he sings is just so beautiful and meaningful! People used to say his style of singing was quite pop-y but he’s really matured his singing style!!!
