Mitch slappin' in 2024, y'all! lol They still are amazing. Their voices never cease to give me goosebumps when they're singing with emotions. I saw a behind-the-scenes clip when they were practicing this performance and oh boy, it was hilarious! They were laughing so hard, and so was I. 🤣
Mitch, Mitch, Mitch, Mitch, Mitch, perfection every time. They are all insanely talented and when they come together they create pure magic. To me, nobody else can touch them. Yes I am biased (they are the only people I’ll take 8 and a half hour flights each way to see perform live) but I still think I’m right, I always am 😁.
This PX upgrade is one of my favorite "mellow-out" songs...I really believe their music has the power to calm, to heal, to believe in a better world...better humans. They are just simply...magical 💙
They recently did three new shows. I haven’t seen a lot of the footage yet so I’m not sure what’s out there as far as recordings by fans but I’m sure there’s some good stuff that someone can recommend. There’s more tour dates coming in August and September too. I’m hoping they livestream one of the shows but it’s such a small tour so you never know.
That's a fair assumption, plus today is Elianas 2nd birthday, Kevin just had his son of course, Matt's daughter is due on July and that's the same month as Mitch's birthday. I'm sure there's Many factors in their decisions 🙏🏾@@mmg8823
@@sannalopperi-vihinen233 I agree. Their touring schedule can’t stay at the crazy level it has been at, babies or no babies, simply because they are in their 30s, not their 20s. They do have a new 10 year plan which I suspect has a better work/life balance. Which is a good thing.
I definitely think since this is the summer of Kevin and Matt’s babies being born they decided to take some time off. Plus Kirstie’s wedding, Scott’s book coming out and probably working on new music. Last year was crazy busy for them so I’m glad they are taking a little break. Don’t want them burning out. There is a really good fan cam recording in June from their Reno show. That was such a good venue. Great acoustics.
Beautiful live performance! Several people recorded it and it was excellent. ❤ I just watched a fan cam version of their entire show from Reno. It was amazing even from the back rows of the venue on a phone. The audience was energetic, PTX was energetic and the sound was spot on. I watched a Rick Beato video recently with one of the top sound engineers for major rock bands. He was explaining about how the venue played such a part in how concerts sound. Big arenas with closed roofs are the worst for sound. This looked like a real theater in Reno and the sound was fantastic.
