It’s not hard to keep track of who’s who with this group! With the exception of the Bass(Avi Kaplan left in 2017, and Matt Sallee replaced him soon after), they are the same original members; Beatboxer Kevin Olusola, Tallest member Scott Hoying, High tenor voice Mitch Grassi, the woman is Kirstin Maldonado.

Penta in Pentatonix means 5 there has been one change in 10 years. The guy with the glasses is wearing contacts or had Laser surgery.

There's only been one change in Pentatonix since they formed. Avi, the bass, left the group for personal reasons and they added Matt (on the left in this video). All others are the same. You might be fooled because they do change their looks up a lot. Especially Mitch (shorter white guy) and Kirstin (only girl).

Yeah Matt's the only difference I could think of as well. I was sad Avi left, but was really excited when they had Matt join since they'd known each other for years. So I'm quite happy with the most recent addition to the group, but I'm a little biased. XD

Mitch has worn glasses on in earlier videos (2nd to sing) and Matt is the new base, (he is the only change.). He replaced Avi in 2017 who was the base singer with a beard)

The man with the glasses is mitch who is the second singer in this song.and avi left pentatonix so Matt took avi place

I am sure you already know the deal about this group but I was feeling the same as you when I saw the new blood in the group. The new guy was doing his best for the team and I applaud him for that but you just can't replace Avi! lol He does have a good voice but Avi is just so unique.
