I just went through my subs on RU-vid and found one that I definitely didn't want anymore. It prompted me to go through the rest and find that I enjoy your your channel even though I am poor it's just an escape for me. Why has the RU-vid algorithm not prompted me to your videos and over six months. Is this why some content creators say hit the notification Bell. I like to watch your videos as an escape when I am completely poor and starving and wish that I had won the lottery which I never play and picture of my dad in the main bedroom while he is still alive to enjoy it

I love the penthouses in your videos in South Florida, my absolute favorite part of your showings are the ocean/city views. if you could however in your next penthouse showing, stay until sunset, I would love to see not only the sunset ocean/city views but also the city lit up at night, that would be sweet! Absolutely beautiful penthouse. Unfortunately I'm afraid of heights. I would pass out every morning I wake up with those windows...... and yes I agree with you, IT'S A DAMN TOILET!
4:42 I am not new to high rises, I've lived and worked in them. Something about that shot of the floor, window and drop to the ground below just threw me off. Beautiful penthouse though
The only problem and I mean the only problem I have with this unit is that the tub is position the wrong way the draining and and faucet needs to be repositioned so when you sit in the tub you're looking out the window
A friend of mine is moving to USA soon, she is not sure about state as of now, she is thinking either texas or florida. My question to you is why should she choose florida considering hurricanes, floods etc and how to reach out to you possibly for a in person house tour ?
5:55 this bugs me big time..every time. A $12.8 MILLION penthouse and THIS is what you do for your staff? An almost windowless closet, big enough jusssssst to put in a bed....with the overall finishing resembling (or even below) low-income social housing? I know that 99% of owners would not have in-house assistants, but FFS......at least factor in a nice bedroom & private bathroom - with nice finishes all around. Costs you, what, an extra $20.000 dollars? $30.000?? 0.25% of total property value, just to show some respect for the staff. Bargain if you ask me, even karma wise...
I'm not afraid of heights, but am not thrilled with them either. I could never live in a highrise for that reason, and one other. I have to wonder how long it takes to get from your paradise penthouse in the sky to the ground floor, and out to your car? I live in an appt where my car is approximately 150 feet away, and that's to far. It might be interesting to interview someone who lives in one of these highrises, and get the advantages, and pitfalls of living high in the sky. Another great walkthrough in any case, and it is a lovely condo/home. 👍😎✌🗽
I sympathize. The views are indeed stunning, but a balcony that far up is just a waste as far as I am concerned. Heights don't bother me if there is a solid barrier between me and a 600 ft drop. But you would never get me on that balcony.
@@jec1ny Not to mention the floor to ceiling glass walls! There has to be a weight limit on those, but will it withstand my 220lb physique tripping, and stumbling into it? 😁 I'm with you, too much of a risk. But, I don't recall someone falling out of their high-rise so it must be fairly safe, just not for me!😁👍😎✌🗽
@@TOM-C. Windows in high rise buildings usually have to be built to special safety codes. They may not be bullet proof, but they are impact resistant and seated in reinforced window frames. Otherwise, you would be reading about people falling out of their apartments all the time.
@@jec1ny I said that, I haven't heard of anyone falling from a great height out of their high-rise window so I have to assume they're pretty safe, still, not for me! ✌😎🗽
My dream has always been to have no-one living above me or below me. These views but minus neighbours. Even the Mumbai billionaire who built a highrise for his family wasnt happy with the end result, so I guess I'll have to settle for home sweet home ;)

What kind of floor is that? It looks like rubber 😂😅. If this condo was in Sunny isles you wouldn't have tub showers I mean really 😂😅. So sad that a condo with a 1st class kitchen would have 1970s tub showers. I know you aren't impressed with this penthouse. This penthouse is an epic fail. I bet it sells for 9.2 if that.
