Have the same problem, last significant one was a Chevy SS, pulled up on me once in Mexico, had a decent run, put about a length on him but he proceeds to tailgate, 2 feet off my bumper at 1×× as I'm coasting down, like wtf are you doing? There's literally nothing to prove at this point. Re-gapped him just to show my brake lights at a reasonable distance and pulled off, tried to wave him down but he kept going and that was the end of it. I believe in a time and place to open it up a little but there's no telling if the other individual is on the same page as you, pride has gotten a lot of guys in bad situations, we all love speed but making it home safe is what's most important. Also it hilarious when literal normal 150hp commuter car try to race.
Gotta v6 Camaro too and I feel the pain 100%…I like takin off from a stop light every once in a while but like u said it’s damn near every car be wanting to race it’s wild
I have a 2011 white SS as well and I get that a lot, sometimes I'm just getting off work and I'll come across two or sometimes 3 cars want to race. The thing I do is make pretend I'm going to go and they will take off into sunset gone..😆 problem solved 👍
