No chowmin is rather Chinese-Nepali-tibetan food rather than indian food . The audacity of saying it indian when infact it is influenced in india like how Mo:Mo: and thukpa is influenced in india . ( Edited ) Indian people in comment section saying it haka Chinese noodle and saying Chowmin originated in China as if we don't know that . If it was haka Chinese noodle like how people are saying it is then pin out where it the girl in the vedio has mentioned that it was haka Chinese noodle?? Haka Chinese noodle and Chowmin are 2 different varieties of noodle dish .1st learn to know the difference between these dishes . Also haka Chinese noodle is not at all " inspired " by Chinese but it was actually made by Chinese person in india . Also Haka Chinese is indo-Chinese "infusion dish " not "inspired dish " made by the Chinese people in india .So she is wrong in many ways : 1st and for most mistake : Calling it as an indian dish . How is it indian dish when the person who invented haka Chinese noodle in india is Chinese person ?? Why not giving credit to China ?? 2nd mistake : If we are talking about haka Chinese noodles then it's not at all an "inspired dish" from Hong-Kong dish . It's made by Chinese people in india . Again Why not mention it that ?? 3rd mistake : Calling it by different name . If it's haka Chinese noodle then she should have said its haka Chinese noodle instead of saying it's "Chowmin" Why did she say it "Chowmin" when it was haka Chinese noodle?? 4th mistake : In Nepal and Bhutan we Don't eat haka Chinese much often only few of few places might it be sold . So how can she say it without even knowing?? 5th mistakes if talking about chowmin and not haka Chinese noodle. Then chowmin is influenced into india mostly through Nepal ( from Nepal itself & Nepalese in india )and then from tibet . 6th mistakes, isn't by the girl in vedio but by the indian people in comment section. How can you guys be soo dull amd slow in understanding these mistakes mentioned above ?? How can you people ignore the mistakes and instead of accepting the mistakes you guys have the tendency of twisting the words and shift blaming instead . As if i am the wrong one here to pin out the mistakes made by the girl in the vedio . ( This 6th mistakes is generalised to all those who it might be concern to )Learn to accept mistakes instead of twisting and turning the words and truning the direction / intention of my comment to different palaces like an idiot people .

She is probably my favorite Asian guest. She is super down to earth and explain quite explictly. Unlike most Asian guests who are always about themselves and being the best.

Japanese use banana leaves a lot in plating too right? I watch Japanese chefs from time to time on youtube and they always seem to be plating with banana leaves. Now I know so does Thailand :)

Yeah. Kids always so hungry, they can't wait to long, so nowdays we served them first. At night dinner time, kids sleep early, so we have to give them food first. 😄
