People associate me with two things, AMG’s and Flesspaces.
Here's what they don't know… I actually started my real estate journey in other unsuccessful real estate ventures such as Airbnb, Residential home flipping and Multifamily real estate.
Although I made some money in all of them, the amount of effort and energy I was putting in those projects was just not worth it for me. I was looking to scale and grow in something that was truly scalable and did not require a huge team or massive operations.
This is when I turned to industrial real estate and then later into Flex Spaces specifically.
I respect people who hustle and all aspects of life and real estate but to scale to a 9 figure company i think this is the way for me.
