Lol growing up in the Bay Area, I remember seeing Martin's face all over Oriental Supermarkets, from his commercials on Rice Cookers to Oriental Spices. Seeing his face is so nostalgic--even though he's like 50 miles from where I live haha.

This video lacks numerous necessary details for the novice Hargow enthusiast to be successful. For example, when he’s cutting the dough why does he slap that piece of cloth/paper every time he cuts? - Because it’s covered with oil is the response but they don’t tell you that do they. Too much emphasis on entertainment and not enough on information. Consider papa Fung’sHargow video.
lol once I tried making northern style dumplings not like this.... but you had to pinch them. I failed a kid eating with us was like what the heck is wrong with this one no meat... I got thrown under the bus by the mom. lol good times T____T
Why would you ruin such great content with horrid sound fx and editing? Poor Martin. Shoving some canned laughter over him saying where his restaurant is and giving credit. Really a shame as the video itself is fantastic.
