Whenever anyone asked for a strong shot/drink I would flex and make a loud "Errr" noise while pouring the regular size drink. I have never had a good tip from someone that told me to make it strong and they would take care of me, so I would always have fun instead. Also, I have seen snapping at waiters and bar staff in China done pretty regularly as well as YELLING out "服务员" (Fúwùyuán) which literally means "service person"
