Gunmetal Speedster​ You're correct, however, north Americans are weird and often spell it "baloney". The european and original spelling of the world though is "Bologna", you're right. Its sort of how americans spell flavour, neighbour, favourite, etc without the U. Different cultures; different spellings. The store at which I purchase deli meat spells it on the package as "Bolonga/Baloney". I think Baloney looks a lot more phonetically correct therefore I use that spelling.
