Honey doesn't exactly "expire", it can turn hard, but it's still usable if you melt it. Sometimes my family leaves honey out for a while during winter to make a sort of honey spread, and it tastes just like new honey!

Honey doesn't expire, you just put in boiling water to soften up when it gets hard. All Honey won't expire, but especially non filtered
