I wish I had known about him many years ago. I understand the word more and more everyday. Finally everything is making sense. Now, I just wish he could teach us all how to study the word.

You people better learn the truth first God will not blame people who don't know better that's the Bible truth God is merciful and will judge sins but gives everyone a chance to be saved to send them to hell is cruel and not in God's nature what you don't understand is that there is more than just this life God will make sure everyone gets an equal opportunity to hear and believe

Exactly God has tremendous Love and Mercy for all people how can anyone believe those people go to hell!!!?‽? God doesn't blame us for what we don't know so I am convinced that God will give everyone a chance to hear the gospel and be saved if they wish in this life, during the tribulation or the millennium

Anyone who gets saved , gets saved by Jesus . There's no other name by which we may be saved . If a two year old dies, he goes to heaven . It's because of Jesus . The child doesn't know it . Will God apply that to some who never heard of Jesus, if they call out to the creator to forgive them ? I don't know, and I don't think anyone else knows for sure either . He promises those who search for Him with their whole heart will find Him .

God's ways are not our ways. We also must understand that we cannot reason Him using the minds He created us to have. Our core task was to worship and obey Him, a relationship-centered partnership. However, the reference in Romans remains the base text in addressing this question. This has been well explained here, refer from 7:59. Romans 1:18-32 gives a long exposition of the premise of your question. The Bible is fully capable of answering itself on any matter it brings up. Rely chiefly on that, not philosophy (Isaiah 55:8-9).

Someone on an island that never heard of Christ how could they place their faith in Christ ? Paul says in Romans that they will be judged on the basis of how they responded to Gods General revelation in nature and in conscience Paul says in nature all men at any time in history can know that there is an eternal and powerful deity Who created The world 🌎. God judges on the basis of the information they have the light that they have within. So it would be wrong to kill people & cannibalism , instinctual grasp of right and wrong .

Exactly ... It's puzzling in this teaching how Pastor Nolan, who ordinarily is very diligent to examine word meanings in the original languages, and to fit his interpretations into the whole counsel of the Word, seems to have neglected the context of this key verse.

All were condemned under the law except jesus who fulfilled it so it didn't matter they all had to go to the underworld to await judgement under the old law which was merit based.

He’s a good preacher, but he doesn't know the gospel very well at all. Does God really seem the kind of just, merciful being who would condemn to Hell a person who never heard the gospel? So, yes, I agree with you. We are all children of God, and when I hear preachers teach that Calvinistic doctrine of God determining our salvation at birth, it greatly irritates me. He had a great deal of knowledge, but most of it leads him down many wrong paths. For example, the apostle Peter writes: “For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: by which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison, which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah....” (1 Peter 3:18-20) A few verses later he states: “For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.” (1 Peter 4:6) If Jesus preached the gospel to those who are dead, we have to wonder _why_ he did that? And why does he think a person has to accept Jesus _before_ they die? That decision has to be made before the resurrection, not death. He thinks those who die without the gospel aren't just destroyed, they go to Hell, where they don't just suffer, they're tortured for eternity. What kind of God would do that? And why would the early Christians baptize for the dead (1 Cor. 15:29) if there was no salvation _for_ the dead? Even if you don't agree with the practice, the fact it was practiced tells us that the early Christians believed in salvation of those who died without the gospel. The good pastor needs to rethink his doctrine, I think. He thinks Jesus went to Hell when he died. But the wages of sin is death. Jesus took upon himself the sins of the world, a horrific ordeal that caused him to sweat blood; he then was crucified, where he paid the wages of sin, and then he preached the gospel to those who were dead. One-two-three. He did not descend into Hell. Now those who died in Christ preach the gospel to those who died _without_ hearing the gospel. __

Those people who called the terrorists, "monsters," were right, for obvious reasons, and if their GOD condemned that man to an eternity in hell, BINGO! He's no better than the Isis terrorists who set the pilot on fire; in fact, he's worse, for that GOD's fire will never be put out, worlds without end. And when that pilot's family dies, they will join him in hell, for they will suffer with him. Pastor Allen claims to know the gospel message, but it's no gospel at all. The gospel is "Good News!" But it's only good news for the few who hear and accept it. Not for those who die without accepting it. ..

It’s not hard to control one’s mouth if you love them. Try loving God and your fellow mankind and all will be well. Stay in the word daily, do and say nothing without thinking what Jesus would say or do first. Bridal your mouth. Your deeds should be taking care of someone else, your thoughts must be turned away from TV and movies unless they are scripture sound. I don’t know if you ever heard the phrase: You are what you eat, meaning watch only that which is good. I hope that helps. Because as revelation says we will all be judged, (on our deeds) except those who go up in the tribulation as tribulation saints. May the Lord guide your path to love the Lord thy God , with all your heart, soul and mind.

I agree with somethings he preaches but when he said Jesus went to hell and paid for our sins is WRONG Jesus paid for our sins on the cross it was all taken care of on the cross then He rested in the grave 3 days before He was risen from the dead and I can't explained everything that God will do but I know God will not sent a person to hell because they died before they heard the gospel if you believe this nonsense then stop saying God is just and fair (which He is)because what this man is preaching is not presenting God as just the Bible is clear that God doesn't hold a person guilty if they don't understand that they sinned so how in the world can you say a person like this must go to hell for something they were not aware of? You can't just take one scripture and run with it. To get the full meaning of a subject, all scriptures on the subject must harmonize. See it as a puzzle. Take the subject of true salvation. When the church started after Jesus Christ died and rose again, Peter preached Acts 2:38, Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Now put Acts 2:38 on the flat table and all the other salvation scriptures to complete the puzzle and see if they all harmonize or fit together to give the bigger picture. Mark 16:16, He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. John 3:3-5, Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. You also can't take one gospel and mix it in with another without understanding how each one is applied, and to who it applies to. I don't know if you're talking about water baptism or the baptism of the Holy Spirit, or what you are trying to say. I don't have the time to unravel all your thoughts. I will say this, your thoughts on James chapter 2 is suspect, if I understand you correctly. James was written before Paul had gone to Rome to speak and to clarify to Peter and James that salvation comes by faith and faith alone. The church at Jerusalem was operating under the Gospel of the Kingdom, which was still subject to the law ( Matt.9:35 and Matt. 10:5--7 ). Paul's gospel was given to him by Jesus Christ who also instructed him to go unto the gentiles and preach this new gospel. It is called the Gospel of the Grace of God ( Acts 20:24 ). You can read about Paul's journey to Jerusalem in Galatians chapters 1--3. Also read Ephesians chapter 2: 8--10 for an understanding of ( I assume you're a gentile and not Jew ) how salvation by faith and not of works applies to the Christian believer.

Galatians 1:6-9, I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but some trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preaches any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. I'm talking about one baptism in two parts, Water and Spirit just like Jesus Christ said in Matthew 3:3-5. If you haven't experienced Acts 2:38 you might not be able to understand it if you were taught the false doctrine that you are saved by faith alone. There are no scriptures at all that state one is saved by Faith ALONE OR GRACE ALONE. Please show me the scriptures. I'll show you ALONE, James 2:17, Even so faith, if it hath not WORKS, is dead, being ALONE. Noah believed or had Faith but still had to work or obey God to be saved. That's what the scriptures say in James. Faith without works is dead. Let's just leave it at this. We will all see very soon.

I do believe if you believe in your heart that Jesus died for our sins and rose from the dead you will be saved.

* I agree with Gregory P., by faith in Jesus Christ you have been saved, and you have also been sealed. You can lose rewards that you may have accumulated, but you will never lose your salvation. We are all sinners, and will be until the time that the Lord calls us home. Just climb back on that horse, and trust in the Holy Spirit to help you.

* Are you trying to say that by faith, salvation is only obtained by accepting Jesus Christ as the Son of God who was crucified, buried, and rose again to ever lasting life, and He freely did that to pay man's sin debt? Are you trying to say that anyone that accepts Jesus Christ without the existence of faith is not saved? If so, I'd say your right. Without faith it's impossible to please God, and by Grace we are saved.

You must receive Holy Communion at Mass at least once every year, ideally every Sunday, and even up to once daily!
