So not only is he not using it to dump money into every year for a huge tax break, it guarantees that the charity has to give away a minimum 5 percent of it's trust every year or it is no longer a legitimate charity and will have it's license revoked. Kind of the opposite of Mark Zuckerdouche, who pretended to donate 10's of billions of dollars yet did not even set up any charity or actually give away even close to 1 bilion.
