I've made a lot of progress in the gym. I can feel everyone there watching me, I go, and I work my butt off. I'm a very polite person, I say excuse me, I clean up. I, and others, can see a lot of gains in my physique. I really just don't understand why almost everyone else at the gym is hating on me. They don't say it to me, but I can feel it. I really go out of my way to be well mannered. I'm at the gym everyday, twice a day on Saturday and Sunday. I work really, really hard. I don't understand what makes me the guy they don't like. I'm sculpting, they ego and power lift. Is there some unknown beef I inherited?

As people said actions speak louder than words!!!!!!

The other night I caught someone who I have known for 4 years and talked with on a regular basis betraying my trust and confidence. I poured hours into this kid to get him to go to school, to get him to loose weight, to get him motivated to make a change. Made meal plans, workout plans, motivational plans, lectures, speeches, watch him fail time and time again and went back to the chalk board to see how I could change my teaching methods. How I can change the reward/punishment system, done everything I could and should have given up on him a long time ago but considered it a personal failure on myself if I did... And he ran his mouth like a highschool girl when i thought I was talking to a friend about some BS at work. It didn't effect me because I have the balls to say directly to people when I have an issue and it was already handled, but as for him, I didn't raise my voice, I didn't get upset, I just let him know that he had no Honor and one less real friend. Left him crying like a bitch and as much as that hurt me... Maybe he needs to learn the hard way and this is the final way I might reach him. Sink ... Or swim
