She still loves Sonic,just toned down a little bit. This time Sonic has feelings for her too. Amy actually cared for not just Sonic but everyone in Green Hill. Like "Its not about the tree,its the memories we made around that tree". And Sonic in New Yoke universe said "Amy is the sweetest friend you could ever ask for" or something like that
