@@saikrishnanr6398 Dias has been impressive as well, he has just been injured lately which shouldnt be a factor because he has still played 1 more game than Matip. He also had set high standards after last season so that is why he seems to be less impressive and Matip did not really have high standards for himself because he has always been underrated. He has been good but I'd still take Dias
I agree with this whole lineup, looking at Man City individually they do not seem that great, however they play together as a team very well and that is why they are the best team in the world.
Again, that is your opinion. If you look at the performances and what Cancelo has done for Man City this season and last season then you can see why people call him the best LB in the world. It doesn't matter if a player is a RB playing LB or whatever. If they are playing very well from that position week in week out or playing well when your team needs you and in big games like in UCL etc then that is enough to prove Cancelo is the best LB in the world.
@@swarnendubhattacharya6132 thats the worst joke all year. robby is far ahead, yes, even this season. this dude dominated arsenal, united and shut down city at anfield and will do so again. salah left cancelo on his ass multiple times. cancelo is below robbo, especially this season
Pep and Klopp are a match made in heaven , such a vibes ... I wish both of them to win P.S : it's very hard to predict the winner , so I've chosen to be neutral
Two of the best teams & the best two managers in the Premiership & possibly Europe for the last 5 years and until they both leave their club’s the Bar that they have both raised in English football is the stuff of legend 👍🏾👍🏾💯💯⚽️⚽️🏆🏆
@@goringgambitmerchant9524 yes but Fabino is more reliable defensively which can be more important in big games where the other team has good attackers, like KDB for example.
bruh i cant believe people here say sterling over mane sterling has been average since 2019/20 and mane has been amazing this season and jota too sterling has improved too but
@@joshua4842 No, I think foden is tremendous, he edges mane in everything other than his physicallity and maybe his cool head in front of goal. And rodri has been the second best No 6 in the prem this year(after rice)
Fabinho has also been unreal for us too. Starting to chip in with goals and progressive passes as well as making sure that the midfield is tidy. Not the flashiest of players, Fabinho, but his contribution is brilliant. I think Robertson being left out is a little harsh. His defensive workrate is insane and he's been contributing a lot with assists this season. Not all too sure how Cancelo plays for City, though, so maybe he'd edge ahead.
@@abh6963 thiago has been the most influential player in Liverpool's midfield this year, if you watched a single game of football you'd understand that
@@lewisbailey2985 same with bernardo silva for city, his work rate, his passing, sometimes u dont need goals for being an influential player and if u need goals de bryune is the man in midfield for that job
Henderson is definitely better than thiago this year, every single time he hasn't played the midfield of liverpool is disoriented, also this season he has adopted a more attacking role and he is incredible in everything except scoring goals
@@HarryMaguire69 robbo is 5th for assists in europe since 2018. Tied 2nd this season, and you cant say hes a trash defender like you might with trent (trent isnt either) robbo is acc class going back. Robbo has had more assists than KDB for like 4 seasons straight, cancelo is nothing compared pipe down.
@@HarryMaguire69 trent still scores goals and hes a RB. Put it this way, trent has more goal contributions, he literally is the reason for a goal more than kdb, trent will take over kdb career stats by the time hes like 27/28. Trents career will be way better overall
@@kbzzy7376 liverpool won cup because of dodgy desicions. Liverpool scraped one point against city cuz blatent red car wasnt given to milner. Not to mention past years where salah balerine dived against city. Year before that 2 blatant penalties not given. But you cry when your oponent have decisions go their way 😭
My XI GK: Alisson Becker RB: Joao Cancelo LB: Trent-Alexander Arnold CB: Virgil Van Dijk CB: Aymeric Laporte CDM: Kevin De Bruyne CM: Thiago Alcantara CAM: Bernardo Silva ST: Diogo Jota RW: Phil Foden LW: Mohammed Salah Not much changes
How we we overrated. 2018/19: 97 points 2019/20: 99 points 2021/22: possibly 90+ points I get we grind out results some times and get a lot of late winners of narrow victories but that’s the sign of a good team not an overrated one.
Between Bernardo Silva and Gundogan I'd go with Gundogan, he's more balanced, helping both in defensive and attacking situations. And scores a lot for a midfielder. That been said, I'd still pick Thiago.
