Well, after much research, I've decided this is the best setup for my needs! Thanks for the great informative video! Wanted to see if you've got any updates for the setup like reliability, run time at full throttle and at regular running speeds, maybe an updated top speed with the motors facing the correct way? Thanks again!

Amazing setup. I have been looking into adding a motor to my outback and am really interested in going this route. I fish mostly offshore and am hoping to basically have an “unlimited” range with reasonable speed if I need to get in quick in case a storm pops up. What are your thoughts on a similar setup with 4 motors and something like a 12V 100ah in terms of speed and duration of use? Would you happen to know an estimated HP for these motors?

​hi mate if you to increase your speed you could make them like a jet boat engine by using pvc pipe,,,,,,reducing sockets,,,,,to make the water flow outlet holes smaller it might help increase the velocitie just an idea 💡😊😊

Hello, I know this is a very late message after you uploading the video roughly 2 years ago but do you still use these thrusters and is it worth having/using it. I’m debating whether I should buy them. I would use it for ocean fishing and crabbing. I get so tired using the pedaling system on my kayak when I go deep in the ocean, when I return I’m exhausted. It takes about an hour to return. Thanks.

Thanks for sharing, i noticed you might have mounted the thrusters in the the wrong direction. Typically the thruster's larger ring is pointing forward.

Go with lithium /Lipo :#10 times lighter,have any amount of current boost you want for acceleration,I use 100c,wire them in parallel so you get heaps of run time I have a 500g yes 500g cost me $240 with 450CC but current burst of 900cca for 15 secs running my daily v8 and never drains like nimh even has a built in digital voltmeter on it I have a modified troller 36v pushing 150lbs thrust .I’m hoping to line around 10 of these up and see if it a can outswim the seagulls that float around laughing at me…….I’ll show them mark my words MY DAY WILL COME!!!

How long do the batteries lady at 1/2 throttle then at full throttle just wondering Also did you wire both motors together then Run 1 wire off each leg of the two wires together? Or each motor i to the ESC? What ESC did you use? Has it burnt up yet or still going? Just questions we would love to know. Thanks
