For today recipe I'm going to prepare a pantastic piece of beef, called Reale.
As the cooking will take 16h, I have decided to start the night before.
Main Ingredients were:
- 4kg of Reale beef;
- 3 Bell Peppers;
- 4 Celery Stalks;
- 4 White Onions;
- 1 Stout Beer of 75ml
Rub ingredients were:
- Worcestershire Sause (just a coating)
- 4tbs of Salt
- 4tbs of Black Pepper
- 1ts of Garlic Powder
For Extra Flavour:
- 4tbs of Worcestershire Sause
- Some drops of Tabasco Sause

Si Mirko. Lo snake ha il vantaggio di tenere la temperatura ma per una carne così spessa, ci mette un po’ ad arrivare fino al cuore.
