this is what I always kind of hoped for from him. it's fun to see him stuff a sausage casing with candy canes sure, but it's always fun to see if he can legitimately make some of these crazy sausages work. Honestly I think his videos should be 2 parts, first half his traditional sausage making method and 2nd half using meat with the special ingredient

He should make his "Worst" sausage - combining liverwurst, bratwurst, weisswurst etc.

A couple weeks ago I cooked some wings in the oven directly after my roommate made pumpkin spice muffins and it gave the bbq sauce a slight pumpkin pie undertone. Since then I've been convinced holiday sweets are more versatile than we think and this simply confirms my feelings

I just made this with my dad as a family Christmas Eve activity since we were all together and had the ingredients handy. Great time and great sausage, in the future you should include how much seasoning you're using because I definitely used too little.

Mixing things WITH meat is way more interesting than just stuffing things in casing. Dont get me wrong its funny but we all know that a BBQ sauce sausage isnt rlly gonna sausage by itself. Definitely make these kinds of videos a trend.
