Really refreshing to see some troubleshooting from a brand new install instead of the "normal" here's the video and the software. No hiccups because I already figured out things for this particular version. So, if there's changes down the road, might help some troubleshoot their installs. I personally think it'd be nice to see the FULL troubleshooting process, I understand that would make for a ridiculously long video. But you could always add the little marks along the time so those who aren't interested in a particular portion could skip it, but those just getting into it might benefit from it.

Maybe I'll find a way to have alternate versions of videos where I show the whole process in one video and the "regular" content in another video :)

I for one appreciate the simplicity of the interface and the lack of various statuses, account levels, etc. I've dealt with other helpdesk packages that have various statuses, security levels and for certain use cases, they are overly complex and bloated. Sometimes simple is all you need, and I feel that this fills that use case. You don't always need a Tractor-trailer if all you are doing is going to the grocery store for your weekly food shopping. My opinion is that if you need more features, look for a different product that has them.
