I am so surprised that I haven't seen this video. Thank you David for sharing your thoughts and reinforcing what I have learned from other content creators. You are very right in saying that changing your perspective isn't easy. Sometimes I think I have changed it but the old mind creeps back in. So I am guessing this is a constant battle. Thanks again.
Yes! All very true! I personally have miles to go just to get to a positive mental picture of myself, let alone being able to see a positive change for my future
I really like this vision of the self. It's a big job to do, but it's worth it. We are what we want to be in the end. It's up to us to do it, but it's a long and hard road to get there. Even at my age, I still have a lot to learn and especially to understand and put into practice. I am really happy for you, to see all the progress made and especially to do good around you.
