Interesting how Fennels own conducting and interpreting of Lord Melbourne is drastically different than Graingers harmonium recording. But yet they are so similar and almost shadows of each other. It's clear Fennel had many conversations and intimate time with Grainger and knew exactly how to take Graingers concepts and apply it to the practical performance and playing by instrumentalists.
