This came from the 2009 dvd release, as other rips of it on youtube come from vhs/betamax/laserdisc released in 1981. As I just figured out this recent dvd actually crops all the performances from 4:3 to 16:9 so it's not what was originally shot, looks more amazing just not a full view. If it ever gets rereleased on blu ray it should honestly have both aspect ratios available, also as I recently found out there is a version with 3 performances by each band somewhere and just needs distribution rights figured out.
