You have the voice of a narrator. Thank you for sharing these beautiful birds. The 'FalconCam Project' here on RU-vid, document and livestream the adventures of Diamond & Xavier. They are located in New South Wales, Australia. I've been following them for about a year now and they are a lovely couple. They're also quite funny too. They will become parents soon. Three eggs have been laid. The change-overs are hilarious! Especially when dad wants his egg time.. lol Just wanted to share what I'm watching, thought you might be interested. There's a live chat too if you wanted to chat or ask questions about this nest in particular or Peregrine Falcons in general. Thanks again for sharing your P.F. experience. 🙂

I guess my voice sounds different to me than it does to everyone else. But thank you for the compliment. I love watching live video of Eagles and Falcons nesting. Birds of prey are so interesting to me. I would love to raise an owl at some point in my life.

Man, you could have started a live stream of that Peregrine Falcon nest! I couldn't imagine how many people would watch it! All you'd have to do is install a cam on the wall of the nest. It'll have the ability to zoom in optically, this way it is still a distance away without any disturbance. You would also need to run network lines and cables into the walls. The only way you could do this is during the off-season when the parents and nestlings aren't present. You did great with your go-pro. There could have been a way that the nestlings could have calmed down with your go-pro being there. If you had left the mount overnight, it would be as obvious as all the other surroundings. However, you would have to make sure the mount never moves, even if you are there, which would be difficult to achieve! It is only the movement that makes them nervous, so the more still you can make it, the better your chances are of these Falcons not being camera-shy. Its great to see how the mother feeds the nestlings! She knows exactly what size chunks to feed to them too! Excellent work!

Thanks man! I would love to set up a live stream. But there is no way to connect to any kind of internet out there. I would have to come up with some kind of hot spot or something. Plus I know nothing about what cameras are best for live streaming. Or how to set it all up for continual capture. I hope they come back this year. They have returned for the last two years. Have you checked out my latest video about the hawks?

I'm sure those Peregrine Falcons will be back this year! Sometimes, they'll return later or earlier depending on the weather. I did watch your hawk video and I made a longer comment on that one!

😊😊Avoid visiting too often. You can set up cameras in the off season so you can live stream and set up videos.

I would love to know how that’s done. How do they live stream from a remote location and power the camera 24 seven?

Re-uploaded?

Yes unfortunately one of the clips I used had a copyright I was not aware of. So I had to edit it and re-upload. Now I’m getting a copyright infringement on the background music. But the background music is free to use through the video editing app I use. There is no copyright on it. So I will be disputing that one.
