It is so relaxing to have that many fruit trees around your yard. It must be heaven looking at them when they are in bloom. So envious, but very happy to see such abundance.
My acestors were poor people from northern Italy and they had a big rustuc house in a valley where I live. Since the soil was very bad for corn and wheat, they planted a lot of fruit trees, such as apples, apricots, susine, almond, pears, kakhi, plums and walnuts. My grandma said that back in the days, the field was like a big botanical garden. I can only imagine how majestic it was, with such cured grass as well.
Partially. The other problem is that they’re very delicate, so they don’t ship very well. If you’re not in a blueberry area or in blueberry season, they’re probably getting flown to you. Berries that need a plane ticket are extra pricey.
I have a few bushes and omg. Blueberries straight off the bush are heavenly. I never want to eat store bought again. I’m never really liked blueberries until I had them from our bushes. So delicious.
Not only that either! Blueberries are kinda picky and want very acidic soil. This results in them.being difficult to grow in lots of places if you don't have the right soil. Farmers need to look out for the acidity level a lot if they want to have the largest possible harvest! @@haileybalmer9722
What a gorgeous, happy garden you have! It is a dream of mine to own a house and have a fruit and veggie garden. God willing, this will be a reality for me and my family. 🙏🏽
Maybe a really hard working gardener, with a well planned backyard garden. Unlike people who's garden is just a green lawn and a total waste of perfectly good growing space.
Hey, quick question. What growing zone are you in? Just curious because I think we live in the same one. Your garden looks gorgeous by the way! Hello from a fellow Canadian🇨🇦
Can you do a video tour of your garden with a map showing how much square footage and vertical space you need? And resources? I’m not sure when I’ll have a yard but I’m so inspired and impressed with how you manage to be so fruitful with every inch of space! ❤
สวัสดีครับพี่ชาย🙏🙏🙏 It's so enviable that you have such a nice garden and lovely berries behind your house. I live in the south of Thailand where it is very hot but I try to grow those fruits. Anyway, I have a few apples from my long efforts. It's a good start. May God bless you.
Thx for showing me that I’m on the right track. I have two blueberry bushes and will be planting strawberries within the next week. I also have plenty of annual and perennial flowers.😊
Haskaps (honey berries) have more antioxidants than the blueberries. Some varieties bear fruits as early as June before raspberries or strawberries. They are very hardy and can tolerate cold climate.
Your garden full of fruits, greenery and birds sound is like a heaven for me. I feel very sad for not having space for gardening. In childhood my father developed a beautiful backyard garden on barren land. I miss those days. Though live in big cities, but sometimes I feel what's the use of life where we dont have enough space for garden. Still I hv created too small balcony garden for peace.
your garden is a literal dream ❤ i am so happy for your family to be able to enjoy this blessing. i know its a lot of work, im working to have our yard be just like this and seeing other families getting to experience this beauty just makes me so happy
I absolutely love all your videos whether they are in or out of season! Seeing your "dirty" hands when you pick the red raspberries just made me smile. ❤❤❤
I discovered I love the taste of black currants a few years back when trying a syrup you add to your water. But after doing some research they’re outlawed in the U.S. because they produce a fungus that attacks white pines 🌲 Still a dream to grow my own, but maybe if I ever move to Europe.
It such a flex man for having all type fruit trees at our yard!! we eat healthy food all day and we keep learning the best and taking care of all our trees and vegetables too
To everyone who saying they’re so jealous of his fruit trees, just buy one a month or one per paycheck or whatever you can afford. Make sure they’re grafted so they start producing fruit earlier. the plants do not cost a fortune. It’s totally doable. If you have an apartment, you can even grow some smaller trees and pots like lemon trees or banana trees.
