I’ve purchased a few of the PW hosta’s from garden crossings, my Empress Wu is 3 years old and she came back huge; I’m in total shock of this big. Last year, I purchased Ms. America, she did nothing last year and I was sure she was dead, nope she emerged this year so beautiful a real Lady Liberty.

I love my hostas! They are so easy to care for and I've divided them a few times resulting in free plants. Question - I'm interested in the Glow Stick holly, is that going to be available at garden centers this year or do I have to order online to get it?

Wait what...Pansy have a fragrant! didnt know that. Mine never had a smell. Would it be better to plant Pansy in the fall so they come back? I plant in spring and they never come back in the fall or next year.
I have a question about planting perennials in pots. I’m in zone 5B and want to do a pot garden in my shaded area. Will perennial plants come back if kept in the pot outside over winter? Thank you.
So enjoy your seasonal ideas. You’ve talked in past videos about your alstroemeria perennial and would like to add 3 to my garden. Specially the Summer Heat (red) alstroemeria. Live in zone 5b-6. Does your nursery ship these ? Probably planting in May.
@@gardencrossings thank you for responding. These are smaller and zone start at 7. I am interested in the Summer heat and summer breeze as they are zoned downed to 6 and get 3ft. Do you have either of these ?
Usually we say if they have white or lighter green they need more shade. The more green usually they can take more sun. ( now if you are in the south it maybe a different story)
