Great quilts. My first love ever, in quilting was hand turned appliqué. Then I discovered machine appliqué. I am going to try your prefused pieces now. Tfs!👍🏼

How much fabric and background do we need for the mystery quilt? Last year I was able to make it totally from scraps and stash. I surprised an old friend with the quilt. I arrived on a bad day. Her spirits were so lifted!' Thank you for the inspiration!
Love the monarch butterfly one, is this raw edge applique and do we get the pattern to cut the pieces ourselves? And thank you for introducing me to aurifil thread, it's a new experience, wonderful to sew with xxx
I had a question (maybe two) regarding the mystery quilt. You mentioned blue/rainbow options. Will you have a kit available? when will you be releasing the fabric requirements and collections you'll be using. The reason I ask, is so I can pre-purchase my fabrics, so I have fabrics in time for the start of the mystery. Covid has slowed down delivery, so I would like to get ahead so I am ready to start along with everyone. So excited about this project : ) . I'm just finishing the appliques on the California quilt from the last mystery (My Covid Quilt), this new Mystery may become my Covid- II quilt) ; ). Thank you so much for all that you do for us. Love these lives, but can you slow down a bit? You are so excited which makes your enthusiasm contagious, but you are going way too fast. Your work is sooo beautiful, can you take a few more minutes with each one? Then, with each, help us understand the matching pattern and applique pieces option before moving to the next quilt. Lastly, at the beginning you mentioned Hop To It was a book. On your website, there is a CD applique version. Can you talk about how that works? (Currently working on First Dance.)
