Perfect Bars taste amazing but are definitely higher fat which is why they are more calorie dense! Love cutting them up and using as a topping!

I think all the perfect bars are peanut butter base I like them my favorite is the fall pumpkin pie I like coconut and all of them are pretty good!

With respect to the “perfect” bar, I’d definitely rather have a Dannon light and fit yogurt for my 12g of protein… and only 80 cals haha. Thanks for another fun review!

I enjoy a perfect bar once in awhile when I have extra calories to spare but to me the calories is more of a consideration than the price point . I'm sure it helps that I'm single and I'm not shopping for a whole family . The chocolate chip cookie dough sounds good but all calories being equal I think I'll stick to my favorite peanut butter chocolate chip!

The waters aren’t the same as Core Foods. You also reviewed some of their oat refrigerated bars years ago: blueberry banana, chocolate cherry, and another flavor.

For me it would be once a week. You have me I’m interested in the caramel one from Core Foods. I’ll have to stop at Kroger tomorrow and see if they have it. You say it’s where the yogurt is ?

Marketing at its finest on saying something is high in protein. My best friend who is a dietitian teaches her clients that if you add a zero to the end of the number of protein and it’s equal to or higher than the calories then it’s a high protein food. I don’t eat protein bars much anymore. I usually have them on hand when I travel for a snack. These both sound good. Thanks for a great review.

My mom has had Perfect Bars before; she wouldn't eat a whole bar in a sitting, but rip off chunks and finish one over the course of a few days. She's more of a grazer-type eater. I can't tolerate protein drinks at all. I don't really care about if it has the "most" protein... I'd rather eat something I can tolerate that is less protein-dense over forcing down an icky protein-loaded drink and feel sick. As long as I'm getting enough, it doesn't really matter what the source is... I'm no muscle-builder 😬
