The English subtitles make it seem like Rumi thinks Mima is an idiot for not understanding how to use a computer, or what a blog is... but if you listen to her tone in Japanese, it's like a mom trying to explain to her child how to use something. Before her mind breaks down, Rumi definitely has a great degree of affection, probably even motherly love, for Mima. Mima feels the same, even visiting her in the end after everything that happened, probably because she loved her like a mom, too.

Rumi was the one e-mailing memania, the one who killed those men including tadokoro, etc. The point of the movie is to warp what you're seeing and keep you thinking, so my theory is that even though we follow Mima, we're actually seeing it from Rumi's POV. Rumi is experiencing what Mima did as her role in the drama: Dissociative personality disorder, so she truly believes she is Mima and that is why she did the things she did: It ruined her (Rumi's) image as a pop idol. This is why she protests with Tadokoro the whole movie and cries during the rape scene: She does not care about Mima, just her image, because she thinks that SHE is Mima, this could be because she used to be a pop idol and failed in her younger years. Rumi is so good at manipulation that she makes the real Mima think that she is the crazy one when she's only a victim of Rumi OKBYE

Rumi's got a DID, and she's got an alternate personality mirroring Mima's idol persona. She customized a room in her apartment to look exactly like Mima's, and she's been the fake Mima talking to Me-Mania, influencing him to stalk the real Mima and kill the men around her. After Me-Mania dies, she decides to take matters into her own hands and tries to murder our girl.

Judah Osborne I think Rumi killed the photographer as we can see the Mima's persona stabbing the corpse. Until the ending, we can only see Rumi persona reflecting through a mirror, without a mirror we sees her as Mima. I think it's a great way to use it and make a plot twist at the end though. That's why she looks skinny in the pizza man costume, for Memania, he's taller and it's just doesn't look like him. It's important to mention that he cannot get access to the real Mima's room to be able to frame her with the bloody clothes (I dont think he knows her room, he could have killed her already). Rumi could have done that more easily > Also he doesn't have DID, just a psycho fan so I don't think it supports the theory that Memania killed the photographer and we sees Mima image doing it.
