Roughly set the fuel screw position between 2.75 to 3 full turns, U will get Awesome mileage. I tried this in my two bullets, electra 350 bs4 and bullet x es bs4 . Note this. (No 3 turns or 2.75 turns.) Clearly place between these positions...In highways I got maximum of 43kmpl in electra and 45 maximum in bullet.🎉🎉

In old bullet it’s just trial and error method bro , because you get multiple wiring harness from different manufacturers for old bullet, so it’s just hard to say that , so you just have to find the wire using multimeter it’s very easy .
@@MUNDODIVLOGS Bro, Can you please help me regarding two issues ? One is even after changing the clutch plate and with better engine oil why my gear shift lever feels a little harsh and hard ? And when there is a pillion with me it's like my classic's pick up is almost dead. Any help regarding this two problems ?

Every bike needs specific number of turns and there is no standard number of turns because every individual engine has different requirements based on the wear and tear and altitude of the terrain in which the bike is being used , but it will be somewhere in between 2.5 to 4 turns and not more than that. But if you watch my video completely you will definitely understand how to tune your bike’s carburettor.
@@MUNDODIVLOGS i have bulletstd350 uce...righ now it is 2.7 turns. When i increase turns the sound of my bullet is feels powerless... and very soft kind of... Thanx for reply
@@MUNDODIVLOGS I dont have a multimeter. I have a 2011 dec standard uce. I set it at 4.5 turns after trying everything between 3 to 4.5 . I had to get the carb changed due to scoring.
@@MUNDODIVLOGS Thanks for the prompt response. The mileage is impressive at 40 plus kmpl on empty stretches. But the co level is a little high. I Have clocked approx 60000 kms.
Bro. i Genuinely ordered a multimeter to tune after seeing your video. But as i unscrew the rpm keeps on increasing and increasing. Like even if i unscrew over 5 full turns. Like the voltage keeps on increasing. It doesn't stop. How are you able to find proper tune. After multiple unsuccessful attempts i have kept the screw at 3 full turns now😢.
It has worked on all my bikes , old re , new re , other 2 stroke and 4 stroke bikes . You will get multiple RU-vid videos showing the same trick . Maybe somewhere you are going wrong, try switching the wire ? In some wiring harness the colour code will be different.
Good concept but not accurate. This setting needs to be done at a certain RPM for which Tachometer is required. Try doing your experiment at different Rpms you will get different reading.
You are good But Legend Says.. Tune it in a way where you feel that engine is not stressing its simple listen to it everyone and anyone can do it because not everyone have equipments...the moment you feel its optimum leave it let me run and settle royal Enfield settings are just by listening.. I have 2 rx and 2 Electras i have never touched there carburettor since 2015

This wrong method.This is not how Royal Enfield comments.Royal Enfield recommends how much the air flow of a carburetor should be opened.Don't do this, the mileage will be very low and the spark plug will be compliant
